As someone who works from home and is a full-time college student, I sit in this chair for 8-12 hours per day. This chair is fantastic. It was so easy to put together, even though I thought it would be hard. The instructions laid out the plan exactly from the base to the top. I love that it has a controlled recline system. My old chair just had one way to recline, either not at all, or all the way. I love being able to recline when I'm watching videos or on long conversations. The lumbar support and neck support make these long hours more bearable.The shipping was super fast and it was packaged really well so every piece came fully taken care of during the shipping process!Will definitely recommend and purchase again when this one gets tired and worn out.I purchased this chair about 18 months ago and use it almost daily at work. The chair is comfortable and easy to use. The gas lift started to slowly lost strength over time so I contacted the seller to see options and they quickly replaced the gas lift for me. Further, I was unable to replace the gas lift because I couldn't get it off the base so I contacted the seller again, who went as far as to send me a video showing how to replace it. After this I was able to replace it and the chair works great. Customer service was phenomenal.Those bolts that hold the back of the chair, make very sure that the screw in bolt is lined up this the hole in the seat back, I discovered that they will go in and feel as if they are threaded when they are actually in one case, embedded in the seat cushioning.Thanks to the back up parts and help from my wife, I was able to get the bolt in right at last.You will know it is in wrong due to alignment issues with the back of the seat.We have 2 of these. My son assembled them without issue, though one is missing it's arm cushions.They're very adjustable for different positions, and comfortable for a short 11 year old and a tall 15yo.Comfortable for a middle aged chubby mom too.For the price point the value is there. They have a good look and they are so far holding up nicely.It's beautiful for the price. My only complaint is that it only stays on the base wheels with friction- no fasteners. But it took alot to remove it. Just curious how tight it'll be in 1 year. Other than that- best option for the cheap chaira.i really liked the color, the way it looks in my set up, its comfy but the head support its not for all heights im a small guy and the head rest had to put it away and its perfect with the lumbar support. the price its really good, im very happy with my purchaseI got it for my boyfriend to go with his set up. I put it together with his help and it only took us 30-45 minutes, which I was quite proud of. I think the only think we didn’t like was the butt pillow but that was just a preference we had. It got in here in two days which was amazing and it was honestly just a great product. The people who made this included a instruction manual WITH PICTURES which made it so easy. My boyfriend is pretty tall so I was worried it wouldn’t be comfortable for him but it seems that it fits just fine.Both me and my cat are very excited about the box. ?Purchased this gaming chair to replace an old office chair . Im 6’4 & 185lbs love this chair it comfortable , reclines in so many different levels as well as the armrest rotating / slide up & down. You won’t be disappointed worth the price for sure. I purchased in black & love it .Chair is sturdy enough, but the seat has a slight forward tilt which make it incredibly uncomfortable. I passed it on to my wife who has also rejected it then passed it on to my son who is also complaining about the seat. I would not recommend buying.
